    World Wide Technology, Inc. is seeking a Practice Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing the overall go-to-market (GTM) for our WAN and SD-WAN routing, Secure Service Edge (SSE), Cloud Networking, and associated visibility and analytics solutions. This people leader will be responsible for leading a team of technologists responsible for corresponding strategy, partner alignment, presales architecture, and development of said solutions for WWT customers. This is a management position that requires strong people leadership, communication, and strategic selling skills. A successful individual will collaborate with our generalist sales, specialty engineering, consulting, and executive organization to deliver world-class solutions to our customers.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead a geographically disperse team of architects across multiple disciplines including coaching and performance management
    • Identify and drive new business opportunities with the WWT field organization.
    • In conjunction with the team develop & deliver messaging that informs field-based training, enablement, and sales support.These items may include brochures, briefings, workshops, reference architectures, advisory services, and demos
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with architecture and engineering, partners, services, marketing, business development, and generalist sales
    • Provide business leadership to WWT sales teams to profile accounts and build sales plays in conjunction with the GS&A technology solution architects
    • Pro-actively maintain a working knowledge of evolving market solutions and offerings.
    • Survey relevant markets and new OEMs as you continue to manage the GTM strategy
    • Support of corporate initiatives, including OEM activities such as MoUs and certifications
    • Delivery of OEM and customer-facing discussions and briefings.
    • Build and maintain relationships with relevant OEMs to understand their initiatives and direction; provide these OEMs with guidance and feedback
    • Maintain and expand relationships with national and regional OEM channel, field sales and product organizations
    • Be a culture contributor and builder
    • Build and maintain conversational domain expertise in WAN and SD-WAN routing, Secure Service Edge, Cloud Networking and associated visibility and analytics solutions including product and service capabilities and pricing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 5+ years managing a specialty technical pre-sales team with a track record of consistently meeting key objectives
  • Superior organizational, conflict resolution and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal articulation, written communications, and creative presentations
  • 5+ years working with technologies such as WAN and SD-WAN routing, Secure Service Edge
  • 5+ years technical sales experience preferred
  • Experience working with leading OEMs including Cisco, Zscaler, Fortinet, HPE/Aruba, Palo Alto, Versa & Netskope and awareness of startups like Graphiant
  • Experience with data analysis and sales pipeline management including experience with Salesforce, Tableau and Microsoft Office productivity tools
  • Excellent presentation development and delivery skills, especially in representing technical solutions to an executive audience
  • Firm organizational, conflict resolution and time management skills
  • Ability to mentor, motivate, and develop high-performance teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%
