Our RNs don't just support our resident's health-they are a partner to our resident's social and personal needs as well, ensuring a person-centered approach for all residents who call Luther Manor home. Our Nurse Supervisors are not only excellent RNs, they enjoy being a resource and mentor to our nursing staff and a positive role model to others.

• Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current nursing license in the State of Wisconsin or immediate plans to obtain license
• Previous nursing experience experience required; previous leadership experience is preferred but not required
• Physical mobility to spend 50% of workday moving throughout the facility to visit residents under caseload.
• Ability to document resident care plans concisely and clearly.
• Ability to be patient, sensitive and responsive to both the residents and their families needs.
• Must be available to work every other weekend and holiday rotation
• Dedication to lifelong learning through attendance at in-services and classes to stay current in nursing knowledge and practices
