Job Description

Funded position through 12/31/2023

3)Keep track of all the testing needed for each patient...sleep study appropriate and within the required time frame, pre op visit with clinician team, sleep endoscopy performed.

4)Coordinate submission of all the appropriate data to insurance or Inspire for approval for the implant.

5)Act as liaison with ENT/Cardio surgical coordinator to inform her when the patient is ready to schedule for sleep endoscopy and implantation.

6)Act as liaison with sleep team to make sure patient has appropriate follow up for activation and management post-implantation
