How to participate in one of our events:
Title: Inside Sales Retention Representatives
Spectrum Department: Retention
Hours of operation: Shift hours will vary within the following hours: Monday–Saturday 7:00am - 9:00pm Sunday 8am - 6pm
What’s in it for you?
A compensation package that includes a $13.30 hour + uncapped commissions = an annual potential of $60K+

You are a match for the Inside Sales and Retention role if you:
Know how to negotiate & educate the customer
Utilize effective listening skills with high level of probing questions
Poses the ability to empathize and correctly identify and resolve customer concerns.
Have a proven ability in overcoming objections and ability to deal with rejection
Have 1-2 years of commission sales-driven experience and display a drive to achieve goals
Some of your essential job functions will be to:
Confidently manage inbound disconnect/downgrade calls from existing customers
Skillfully retain customers through positive negotiation & relationship building
Diffuse the irate customer by utilizing strong listening skills and probing questions
Identify reason(s) for disconnect requests and overcome objections to save the customer
Save and re-sell the value of products and services by properly aligning the customer expectations
Meet & exceed productivity metrics to ensure quality, service standards and department goals are met.
