Basic Requirements & Information
 
For Service Agent:
 
  • FT, Wages: $9.50 per hr.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • HS diploma or equivalent required
  • Have a valid driver’s license and a good driving history
  • Must be able to speak and understand English
  • Must be willing to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions, have the physical ability to move in and out vehicles, and be able to work a variety of shifts
  • 6 months of prior work experience preferred
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Be punctual, reliable, self-motivated, and have a positive attitude
  • Employer will conduct background check and drug screen
Customer Service (Return Agent)
 
  • FT, Wages: $10.00 per hr.
  • Must be 18 years of age and older
  • HS diploma or equivalent required
  • Have a valid driver’s license and a good driving history
  • Must be able to speak and understand English
  • Have good communication skills and be customer service oriented
  • Have the ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, overnights, holidays and have reliable transportation
  • Be willing to learn, help others, punctual, be self-motivated and dependable
