Full-Time Medical Social Worker for Home Health & Hospice Agency

Provide positive and effective services for children with mental health disorders. Observe patient behaviors, record their observations, and lead them in therapeutic and recreational activities. Consult with doctors and other mental health professionals as part of the treatment team. Assist in implementing treatment plan interventions. Defuse and report crisis situations
