Where You'll Make a Difference
  • Prepare process-based flavor batches according to shop floor instructions and production schedules

  • Operate spray drying equipment and monitor process conditions

  • Read, collect, and analyze data using lab tools such as pH meters and particle size analyzers

  • Ensure proper packaging and verify materials against customer orders using ZFIS

  • Perform timely backflushing of materials to maintain accurate inventory records

  • Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with GMP and HACCP guidelines

  • Support cross-training initiatives and contribute to team flexibility

  • Work independently to manage off-shift production and respond to unexpected situations

What Makes You the Right Fit
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience in a process manufacturing environment

  • Basic math proficiency and ability to follow technical instructions

  • Forklift or industrial truck certification

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move heavy materials (e.g., 400 lb. drums)

  • Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and inventory control practices

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Willingness to work 2nd, 3rd, or swing shifts, including overtime as needed

How Would You Stand Out?
  • Experience with SAP systems

  • Background working with food-grade products or ingredients

  • Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools

Salary Ranges:

34,916.00-49,880.00USD
