Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Operate and monitor production equipment within enzyme manufacturing processes

  • Utilize Delta V process control systems to ensure optimal plant performance

  • Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues to minimize downtime

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and productivity

  • Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to optimize operations

  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards

  • Accurately document production data and maintain operational records

  • Assist in maintaining equipment reliability and reporting maintenance needs

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical environment

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

  • Experience working with process systems or automated equipment is a plus

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team environment

  • Ability to lift to 55 lbs and work in a physically active setting

How You Would Stand Out

  • Experience in biotechnology, chemical, or food manufacturing environments

  • Familiarity with Delta V or similar distributed control systems (DCS)

  • Proven ability to identify process improvements and drive efficiencies
