Job Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the sales process to cultivate and develop new customers, grow revenue in the targeted product and geographic markets, and manage and grow assigned established accounts. The Business Development Manager will communicate, sell to, and build relationships with all levels of the customers' organization including but not limited to personnel in the C-Suite, Executive Level, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Sourcing. This role will develop and manage a sales pipeline for new and existing accounts, provide accurate revenue forecasts, and develop / launch a marketing strategy. The person in this role will work independently as well as collaboratively and cross-functionally while being a positive reflection of Ingersoll Rand's corporate values

Pay Range:
The pay range for this role, not including incentive opportunities, is $120,000 - $160,000. The pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that include a candidate's skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location. Hired applicant will be eligible to receive (discretionary/nondiscretionary) annual bonuses and incentive compensation.
