As an Esthetician at the WELL Spa + Salon at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will provide Guests with high quality customer service and expectations of hair, nail, facial waxing, and make up services.

What will you be doing?

* Provide the very highest quality in terms of treatments and professionalism

* Begin and end treatments on-time with effective time management

* Deliver exceptional spa treatments and create a relaxing environment for guests

* Maintain treatment room cleanliness, adhere to sanitation regulations, restock supplies and assist with housekeeping duties of treatment rooms

* Maintain strict guest confidentiality, privacy, and professional conduct

* Effectively recommend and sell spa products

* Manage guest records and uphold spa standards

* Attend product and service training

* Execute opening and closing procedures

* Control inventory and manage room turnovers

* Ability to work and cooperate with the management team at all times

* Perform Opening and Closing procedures as directed

* Help with inventory levels to ensure stock levels are appropriate at all times

* Fill out a product recommendation card for each guest, create service repeats, and direct them to our website for reorders

* Strive to match 50% Service to Product dollars in each transaction with each Guest

* Perform other duties as assigned

What do you bring to the role?

* Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Skin Care, Makeup Application, Body Treatments, and Waxing

* Must hold and keep current Esthiology or Cosmetology license in the State of Wisconsin and provide Well Spa with the original small license to post at Well Spa

* Strong sales, customer service, and time management skills

* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

* Commitment to ongoing education and professional development

* Physical ability to perform massage therapy duties including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting.

* Comfortable working in fast-paced and potentially confining environments

* Detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work independently

* Must have friendly, pleasant personality and professional attitude towards all associates in all departments
