Customer Service Rep
Shift: 1st, (Hours may vary)
Pay: $20-$23/hr. (Based on experience)

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative - Sales Support who is passionate about delivering world class service while supporting sales operations and internal teams.
Job Description:
- Coordinate and manage the daily flow of quotes and orders across the Customer Service team
- Communicate with customers to answer questions, provide updates, and resolve issues
- Support sales efforts by preparing accurate documentation and order details
- Participate in department meetings and contribute to team workflow processes
- Maintain and update Customer Service work instructions
- Juggle multiple tasks while staying organized and on schedule
