Place candidates based on skill level; duties vary by role. Schedule & Pay
1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Pay: $18 to $23 per hour, depending on role and experience

Read and follow work instructions, schematics, and blueprints
Conduct soldering and re-work per IPC standards (where applicable)
Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
Inspect and test assemblies during and after production
Support wire harness assembly, wire processing, kitting, and packaging
Follow documented quality, safety, and process standards

Have prior experience in Electrical Assembly, wiring, soldering, or manufacturing (level-dependent)

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Physical: Standing/sitting, manual dexterity, lifting up to 50 lbs (role-dependent), ability to accurately identify color.
