About the Role
We are growing fast and need a technician who can jump in and keep our operation running at peak performance. You'll work directly with laser cutting equipment, CMM machines, welding systems, and facility infrastructure. This is a high-impact role where your expertise directly reduces downtime and improves production flow.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Maintain and support laser machines, welding systems, and CMM inspection equipment.
- Execute preventive maintenance with urgency and accuracy to prevent unplanned downtime.
- Ensure work is performed safely and in full compliance with OSHA and LOTO requirements.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (fabrication experience is a strong plus).
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills - you know how to get equipment back online fast.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting where reliability matters.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in tight spaces.
- Exposure to heat, noise, welding operations, and moving machinery.
- Use of PPE such as gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection as required.
