Job Title: Grounds Keeper
Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Grounds Keeper to maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of outdoor areas. This role involves landscaping, general grounds maintenance, and seasonal work including snow removal. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to follow instructions while working independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Plant grass, shrubs, trees, and flowers
- Install and maintain water fountains, fences, gates, retaining walls, rock gardens, and other landscape features
- Clean and maintain outdoor furniture
- Apply mulch, fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides
- Maintain green spaces by weeding, trimming, and pruning
- Remove unhealthy or unwanted plants, shrubs, trees, and downed limbs
- Operate hand tools and power equipment including mowers, leaf blowers, snowblowers, and tillers
- Water lawns and gardens
- Rake leaves and clear vegetation from lawns and flower beds
- Remove trash and debris from outdoor areas
- Operate snow removal equipment and shovel walkways during winter conditions
- Work collaboratively with maintenance crew members and construction specialists as needed
