General Laborer Floater - Assembly/Canvas - 1st shift

Job Description
Assembly/Canvas
Shift: 1st, (6am-2pm)
Pay: $17-$18/hr (Based on experience)
This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, dependable, and interested in long-term growth with a stable and innovative company. As a Floater, you will support both the Canvas and Assembly departments, gaining hands-on experience in multiple areas of production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Float between Canvas and Assembly departments as needed
- Pull parts and prepare, package, and pack shipments
- Perform basic sewing tasks in the Canvas area
- Complete mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies using hand tools
- Perform bench-type assembly processes with attention to quality and detail
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all prescribed safety regulations and company procedures
- Learn and apply the principles, practices, and processes of the Assembly function
- Perform other duties as assigned
