One of Milwaukee's premier company's is searching for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a Shareholder, of a highly successful professional services firm. Very competitive salary with excellent benefits and wonderful environment! Position is available due to retirement.
The role will be action packed, challenging, and have a very diverse set of duties.
Responsibilities include –
Supporting top level executive with drafting and editing documents, generating reports, and preparing presentations
Act as liaison for communications between executive, management team and other partners
Handle confidential information with trust and professionalism
Coordination and preparation of meetings
Manage calendar, meeting arrangements and arrange travel
Prepare and review expense reports and other financial documents
Manage changing priorities and interruptions with a high sense of urgency
Special projects as assigned
Ideal candidate will have 4+ years supporting executives in a professional services environment, advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills and a Bachelor's degree. Prior legal experience a plus but not mandatory. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work with extremely confidential documents, incredible attention to detail, and have a very high level of professional savvy is a must. This person needs to be proactive, have the ability to anticipate needs, and truly act as an extension of the team.
