Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ATTRIBUTES/SKILLS
- Can accommodate Spanish and Hmong speaking candidates
- Must have good dexterity, will glue a pair of shoe inserts together, must have an eye for quality
- Glue top cover onto EVA insoles, good hand/arm strength helpful as this is quite repetitive work
- Must have the ability to read and comprehend basic instructions
- Effectively communicate with other employees of the organization
- Basic math skills, add, subtract, multiply, divide.
- Good hand/eye coordination and dexterity required
- Team oriented, clean work station
- Basic mechanical skills
EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred, but not required
- After temp EE’s work 160 hours, the company must have all EE’s go through FDA Govn., regulated training on-line, (about 16 hours of paid training, no exceptions)
