As a Warehouse Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing & Fulfillment

    • Manage pick/pack operations for daily orders using Navision or WMS.

    • Pack orders professionally, weigh, measure, and label for shipment.
    • Maintain accuracy and productivity in all outbound shipments.
  • Inbound & Returns Management

    • Receive, log, scan, and stock inbound shipments.
    • Process product returns, assess quality, and restock items as appropriate.
    • Repackage and relabel items for resale when needed.
  • Inventory & Warehouse Organization

    • Oversee stock bin locations and replenish picking bins as required.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System.
    • Implement routines for cleanliness, safety, and organization (e.g., box removal, sweeping, resetting product).
  • Leadership & Safety

    • Delegate workload and promote a safe, efficient workflow.
    • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, productive environment.
    • Support heat press operations and assist with ordering shipping supplies.

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
  • Leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork and safety.
