From data center builds and cloud migrations to network overhauls and system implementations, you'll lead the charge - managing timelines, budgets, vendors, and teams to bring complex infrastructure projects across the finish line. You'll play a critical role in shaping how our technology operates, scales, and evolves.

What You'll DoLead Infrastructure Build Projects
Manage end-to-end delivery of infrastructure initiatives such as data center setups, new site deployments, network architecture builds, and cloud foundation environments.
Translate technical objectives into clear, actionable project plans with defined milestones and deliverables.
Coordinate across engineering, networking, and security teams to ensure all components integrate seamlessly.
Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable infrastructure solutions.
Oversee testing, cutover, and transition to production environments.
Own the Budget and Resource Planning
Define and manage project budgets, resource needs, and vendor costs.
Obtain and evaluate quotes for hardware, software, and cloud services.
Track utilization and proactively identify cost or scope changes.
Work closely with project sponsors to ensure financial and strategic alignment.
Drive Communication and Results
Lead regular project meetings to review progress, address blockers, and align priorities.
Maintain transparent, detailed project documentation and reporting.
Deliver concise status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Ensure all projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and aligned with operational goals.
Coordinate smooth handoffs to operational teams with full transition documentation.
Proven experience managing infrastructure build-out projects, such as new data centers, network implementations, or cloud migrations.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components - including servers, storage, networking, and security.
Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience managing vendors, budgets, and cross-functional teams in technical environments.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management approaches.
You'll lead high-visibility, hands-on projects that directly shape the organization's technical foundation.
You'll work with forward-thinking teams on cutting-edge infrastructure initiatives.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
