Shipping Clerk - 1st shift
Muskego, WI
Job Description
1st shift: 9am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday
Pay: $20/hour
We are looking for a Shipping Clerk for our Muskego location.
The person must have excellent computer skills and proficient English.
Primary responsibilities are:
* Accurately and timely complete tasks assigned by the Outbound Clerical Supervisor
* Complete the outbound clerical activities in accordance with the established shipping processes to ensure customer expectations for shipment deadlines are met.
* Respond to urgent requests, and ensure all orders are processed based on load schedule.
* Communicate errors to ensure corrective actions are identified and implemented.
* Escalate recurring issues to the management.
* Respond to customer escalations and complaints to quickly resolve service issues
