This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, visually talented professional who thrives in a creative environment and wants to help capture and share the impact of TBEY’s work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan that increases awareness, engagement, and participation across TBEY’s programs, events, and services.

  • Conduct monthly content planning meetings with program staff and the communications team to align visual campaigns with organizational goals and timelines.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and maintain all TBEY social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).

  • Create and publish weekly content (including posts, reels, stories, behind-the-scenes clips, etc.).

  • Write captions and select hashtags that align with the TBEY voice and visual style.

  • Monitor engagement, reply to comments or messages when needed, and provide monthly reports on platform analytics.

Visual Branding & Graphic Design

  • Design branded graphics and templates for flyers, posters, signage, and digital media.

  • Maintain consistent use of brand elements (fonts, colors, logo placement) across all channels.

  • Support program and events teams with the creation of recruitment collateral and showcase visuals.

Creative Content & Media Production

  • Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of student work, events, and performances.

  • Develop short videos, animations, and reels that highlight the artistic energy of TBEY.

  • Maintain a digital archive of branded images and video clips for internal and external use.

Website & Digital Asset Management

  • Manage layout and visual elements on TBEY’s WordPress website.

  • Collaborate with the Communications Coordinator to ensure website content is visually consistent and up to date.

Event Documentation & Design

  • Document TBEY community events, art showcases, productions, and exhibitions.

  • Design visual assets for event programs, stage signage, slideshows, and banners.

  • Develop post-event galleries and highlight reels for use across digital platforms.

Internal Support & Coordination

  • Work closely with program staff to meet deadlines for design and promotion of classes, camps, and productions.

  • Create tools such as branded presentation decks, digital forms, and internal templates.

  • Provide visual support for special projects like art exhibitions, campaign launches, or student projects.

Student Recruitment Support
  • Collaborate with program staff to design and implement visually engaging campaigns and materials that promote student enrollment.
  • Support outreach strategies by creating flyers, digital content, and targeted social media efforts to recruit new students across TBEY’s programs.
  • Document student activities and success stories to inspire participation and build community connection.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional design, marketing, or communications role (nonprofit or creative setting preferred).

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, etc.), Canva, and other design tools.

  • Excellent visual sensibility; attention to brand cohesion and content quality.

  • Creative thinker who can balance long-term strategy with day-to-day execution.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.

  • Enthusiastic team player with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.

  • Passion for youth development, creative expression, and TBEY’s mission.
