Our client, a leading manufacturer of wet and dry chemical products, is seeking a skilled Order Entry Specialist to join their growing team. ? Location: Milwaukee, WI
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
? Pay: $19.50/hour

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process and enter 20+ daily customer orders into the company's SAP ERP system.
- Utilize SPS Commerce to manage EDI orders and ensure seamless order flow.
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person communication.
- Verify order details, resolve discrepancies, and provide updates on order status, inventory, shipping, and billing.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing.
- Support front-desk receptionist duties, including processing invoicing paperwork as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer transactions and communications.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of order entry, customer service, or administrative experience.
- Proficiency in SAP Systems and SPS Commerce is required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Prior in-office customer service experience.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
