| Essential Functions: |
| • Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and assemble manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production |
| • Work with continuous improvement team to roll out equipment upgrades. |
| • Audit and maintain work cell layout, equipment, and plant 5-S. |
| • Collaborate with production personnel to relay improvement ideas to the continuous improvement engineers. |
| • Provide hands-on training to operators and other team members. |
| • Conduct basic preventative maintenance of equipment. |
| Other Functions: |
| • Support continuous improvement initiatives. |
| • Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment. |
| • Perform other just do it activities given by management / CI staff. |
| • Other duties as assigned. |
| Key Competencies: |
| • Ability to read prints and drawings. |
| • Ability to complete mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic assembly / repairs. |
| Qualifications: |
| • High school diploma or equivalent. |
| • Certification in Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or related field preferred. |
| • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. |
| • Able to communicate effectively. |
| • Basic knowledge of safety regulations, practices, and expectations. |
| • Ability to list, push, or pull up to 70 lbs required. |
| • Ability to stand and walk throughout the scheduled shift. |
