Core Responsibility:
• Operation and programming of the Press Brake
• Produce materials according to specifications
• Inspect materials produced for quality and conformance
• Correct any inconsistencies
• Cleaning of the machine and area surrounding the machine
• Maintenance of machine
Required:
• Cognizant of how different materials react to pressure, heat and shaping procedures
• Exemplary motor skills
• Good analytical and mathematical skills
• Able to read gauges and other measurement tools
• Able to use power tools
• Excellent organizational skills
• Computer literate
• Manufacturing experience
• Able to read blueprints
• Able to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Must be highly motivated
• Able to communicate and work well with others
• Must pass competency test and pre-employment physical including drug screen
