Job Description
Assembler
Shift: 1st, (7am-3pm)
Pay: $17-$18/hr
We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn new skills, grow within a company, and build a long-term career in manufacturing. Prior assembler experience is not required, as training will be provided; however, candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a commitment to quality and teamwork.
Job Description:
- Perform bench-type assembly processes to complete mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies using hand tools and fixtures
- Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and manufacturing schedules to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
- Complete assigned work with minimal supervision while maintaining quality and productivity standards
- Inspect assembled components to ensure they meet quality and specification requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company standards
- Follow all prescribed safety regulations and wear required personal protective equipment at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production needs or issues
