Job Description
Returns Inspector
1st shift, 7am-3:30pm plus overtime as needed
Pay: $14.25/hour

Job Description:
  • Clean returned products so they can be resold
  • Document on paperwork how each product was dispositioned (scrapped, stocked, etc)
  • Catch quality indicators (reported injuries, product defects, etc) based on customer written feedback
  • Must be able to read English
  • Help with unloading returned packages from trucks daily
  • Must have attention to detail and be able to be on your feet all day
  • Read return documents and process shoes being returned from customers.
  • Determine crediting for customers within guidelines provided.
  • Cross-train across all return functions.
  • Daily cleaning of work area to maintain clean, orderly and safe environment.
  •  Unloading our inbound UPS trailer by hand -physical repetitive work


Requirements:
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Computer knowledge
  • Speak, Read and Write English
  • Forklift preferred not required
