As a Private Banker, you'll be responsible for deepening existing client relationships and attracting new clients to Associated Bank. You'll identify customers' needs and provide tailored financial solutions, working closely with teams across Commercial Banking, Business Banking, Wealth Management, and more. Your expertise in bank products and services will help high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals, while ensuring asset growth and retention.

This person will also:

  • Drive profitable loan and deposit growth through proactive client outreach and relationship-building.

  • Provide personalized financial expertise, delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.

  • Expand and deepen client relationships by identifying needs and offering comprehensive banking solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with credit policies, risk management, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Collaborate across business lines to support team goals, cross-selling, and partnership initiatives.

This position requires a credit check per 12 CFR Chapter X, Part 1026, Truth in Lending, Regulation Z.

This role may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate's background and experience.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Communication, Business, or other applicable disciplines. Required

Experience

  • At least 2-4 years of limited knowledge of all banking products and strong business development experience. Required

Licenses and Certifications

  • CWS-Certified Wealth Strategist within 2 years Required. Required

  • Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive self, if applicable. by start date. Required
