A Senior UX Content Writing Strategist uses leadership skills and abilities, curated strategy knowledge and gift for language to design intuitive, delightful product experiences while helping users accomplish their goals while keeping focus on business objectives.

The Experience Insights & Design (EI&D) is a team of UX content strategists, designers and researchers who support employee experiences. High focus on HR function (employee compensation and benefits, career development and performance, onboarding, employee events, employee physical experiences, employee relations, time off and leaves, etc.)
Tools used: Optimizely, ODP (soon), Mural, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Office, Figma, AI writing tools

- Content design, not visual/graphic design
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide guidance for writing clear, consistent, concise user-interface copy for employee experiences and support strategy and creation of content for personalized digital experiences.
- Must have really strong UX background
- Must have experience writing content for different UIs
- Experience thinking about information architecture
- Experience with local and global navigation/site mapping, microcopy, and error messaging experience
- Experience with content personalization
- Manage content strategy and content design to support the employee journey.
- Collaborate with research, UX and visual designers, engineers, product managers, and many others to help deliver compelling UX solutions.
- Write clear, consistent, concise user-interface copy for customer, field and home office experiences
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Bachelors or higher in UX, Communications, marketing, digital media, or related field
- 8-10 years of previous experience in UX writing and content strategy work in product, marketing or tech organizations, agencies, freelance.
- CMS experience (they're not just creating content but building pages for a portal on the intranet) - any kind of CMS experience is OK, but a big win would be content management system (CMS) experience with Optimizely. If not, then Sitecore, Adobe Experience Management, SharePoint, etc. (large scale CMS).
- Previous work experience in a large corporate environment is a plus.
- Experience creating content for internal portals or HR a plus.
- Practices UX content strategy methodologies - such as writing for digital, information architecture, findability, content auditing, defining taxonomies for tagging, governing content, SEO, microcopy, error messaging, etc.\
