Long-term contract role-potential to transition to perm

• Will document what type of data is being sent to vendors.  This includes coordinating the information gathering process, facilitating data classification questionnaires and conversations, and documenting the responses in the appropriate location.
• Enter data into Enterprise Data Catalog with the appropriate metadata (combining already collected data from SharePoint)
• Able to interpret data sets, propose data & process improvements, and help address data questions from stakeholders.
• Once the data has been captured, this person will document why the data is being set to a vendor and how often the data is being sent to the vendor.
• Will partner with others to verify every data element has a valid business purpose to be shared with the vendor (at the Column level) 
• Will help to improve "Data health" and sure information in ServiceNow is accurate and at the level of detail to help make informed business and/or risk decisions.

Required Skillset Summary:

• The individual should possess the ability to effectively coordinate information gathering and manage data classification questionnaires.
• Should be skilled in documenting responses accurately and ensuring they are stored in the appropriate location. detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in data documentation.
• The individual should demonstrate strong attention to detail. This is essential when scheduling meetings, coordinating data classification questionnaires and documenting responses accurately. Meeting invitations need to be sent to the correct participants, with clear agendas and all necessary documents attached.
• Should have strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with various stakeholders, including business teams, data owners, and potential vendors. 
• Experience in analyzing data, understanding data lineage, and working with Enterprise Data Catalogs.
• Prior experience with Collibra, ServiceNow, and Confluence are desired as they are tools that will be used within this effort.    

• Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in Business, Operations or related field preferred OR a significant amount of directly related work experience beyond the minimum required for the position. Broad understanding of various delivery methods (agile, waterfall, etc.) preferred.
