What You'll Do:
- Sanding: Smooth and prepare surfaces for finishing by sanding metal parts.
- Inspection: Examine surfaces to ensure quality and consistency.
- Finishing Touches: Apply final touches to prepare products for the next stages of production.
- Maintenance: Maintain sanding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Safety: Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
What It Takes to Be Successful:
- Attendance: Work your scheduled shift. Be on time. Make coming to work a priority.
- Flexibility: Adapt to day-to-day activities and be willing to stay late on occasion to complete rush jobs.
- Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
- Communication: Able to communicate and work well with others.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to details is essential.
- Physical Requirements: Must pass a pre-employment physical, including a drug screen.
