Under general direction, designs and programs control interface touch panels for audio visual systems. Works with Design Engineer and Contracting Officer's Technical Representative to ensure a user-friendly operating environment for controlling audio/visual equipment. Provide training to users to ensure proper use and care of system.

This position has a hybrid workschedule.

• Programming touch panel AV control systems.
• Designing User Interface (UI).
• Creating User Experience (UX).
• Programming Audio Systems.
• Troubleshooting complex AV systems.
• Implementing and troubleshooting control of VTC systems.
• Troubleshooting all aspects of conference room design and control system.
• Training Subject Matter Experts SMEs and users in proper use and care of system.
• Initiates, supervises, and/or develops requirements from a project's inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Mandatory:

• Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association (AVIXA) Certified Technology Specialist Design (CTS-D) and Association for Quality in Audio Visual Technology, Inc. (AQAV) Certified Quality Designer (CQD).
• Ability to receive advanced certification from a chosen AV audio system vendor (Biamp, Extron, ClearOne, Shure, Sennheiser, AMX, or Crestron).
• Ability to configure the AV Network according to the Crestron minimum network requirements and best practices.
• Ability to receive Secret Security Clearance. (must be TS Eligible)
• Travel Required 75%
