Who we are looking for...

Campbell Soup Company is seeking an Enterprise BI Analyst to be part of our vital and highly visible Enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) team. The Enterprise BI Analyst is a key player in our analytics team, responsible for turning complex data into strategic insights that inform business decisions. This role requires a deep knowledge of data warehousing, visualization tools, and statistics to not only deliver insights but also to devise actionable recommendations that advance Campbell's business. The incumbent will use their analytical mastery and technical skills to connect the business community and IT functions, collecting and translating business requirements into solutions that provide insights and actionable recommendations driving exceptional value for Campbell's business.

The role involves developing reporting and analytics using technology at the enterprise level across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and analytical background, understanding of the CPG business, commercial processes, and excellent written and oral communication skills. The ability to simplify complex analytics for business partners is crucial, ensuring smooth adoption and implementation.

Essential responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to collect, examine, and document business needs for BI solutions, dashboards, and reports.
  • Create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI to deliver actionable insights and improve business performance.
  • Improve Power BI solutions for performance, scalability, and user experience, using advanced features such as DAX calculations, data modeling, and custom visuals.
  • Use Snowflake/Databricks to create complex transformations in SQL views as needed.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively with non-technical stakeholders about technical concepts and recommendations through presentations, documents, and training sessions.
  • Keep abreast of new analytics approaches, ideas and technologies in the external environment and bring in appropriate analytic / data science innovations.
  • Work on complex assignments, projects, and/or initiatives to build and enhance the capability of his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.

What you bring to the table... (Must Have)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2+ Years proven experience as a BI Developer, or Data Engineer with expertise in Power BI development
  • Solid visualization and UX design skills
  • Deep Power BI knowledge including DAX calculations, data modeling, and custom visualizations.
  • Solid knowledge of data warehousing techniques and dimensional data modeling,
  • Advanced SQL skills to transform data and perform ad-hoc analysis.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools (i.e. Azure DevOps)
  • Passion for learning (new problem domains, algorithms, tools etc.) and for analyzing data.
  • Ability to grasp complex analytic principles and techniques.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective communication skills, ability to "tell the story".
  • Ability to work effectively across functions, disciplines, and levels.

It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)

  • Master's degree in Analytics or related field
  • Knowledge of CPG industry
  • Experience working with Snowflake and/or Databricks.
  • Experience with Python, R.
  • Exposure to other BI tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau

Working Conditions:

  • Anticipated travel of up to 10%

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$72,900-$117,300

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
