Job Description
Role and Responsibilities Summary: Acts as a crew leader and laborer to a variety of property damage
claims including fire, water, wind, contents, and collision damages by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- * Instructs Crew Members on the scope of work and any and all necessary safety precautions.
- * Shows compassion with property owners and project payees when dealing with their loss.
- * Maintains accurate time keeping information and job notes on daily T&M sheets.
- * Collects job progress photos using a smartphone and relevant applications
- * Demonstrates proficiencies in the knowledge of general construction and property damage mitigation and restoration means and methods.
- * Documents and tracks equipment on assigned projects.
- * Rotates through an on-call schedule taking leadership when called out to emergency situations.
- * Takes instruction from assigned project manager and communicates with them on a daily basis.
- * Treats every property equally.
- * Maintains and submits an accurate timesheet each week.
- * Performs other related duties as assigned.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to -

- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. -
- The employee will be required to use power equipment in preserving, restoring or renovating a client site
