Acara Solutions is seeking a talented Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our client on a Full Time Direct Hire opportunity available in Henderson NV.
Salary: 50-60K
Commission and bonus programs available on top of salary

Responsibilities
- Assist with inquiries via phone/email.
- Maintain CRM (HubSpot) data.
- Generate leads and expand contacts.
- Gain product knowledge for customer needs.
- Handle order/shipping inquiries.
- Set credit terms for new partners.
- Update Sales Team collaboration board.
- Provide technical support.
- Manage inventory for trials/testing.
- Prepare accurate quotes and orders.
- Offer resources to assist customers.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and service teams.
- Document and follow up on trade show leads.
- Attend trade shows or visits as needed.
- Support sales team and company goals
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- 2 yrs. minimum experience in a customer sales support position
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and in-person
- Excellent time management skills
- Previous successful sales and/or customer service experience
- Ability to multitask and complete goals by deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills, sales techniques, and ability to negotiate and close deals
- Proficient in sales CRM software i.e. Salesforce, Hubspot, Freshsales, etc.
- Organized with attention to detail
