Job Description
Responsibilities

The Sr Engineering Manager will provide leadership, oversight, and mentoring to the CCUS Engineering Group for all operational, commercial, and project related activities. Duties include:

  • Coordinate and delegate engineering scope associated with business development opportunities in the CCUS space
  • Participate in customer meetings as EnLink's technical representative
  • Develop and mentor engineering and construction staff
  • Focus on customer service through timely responses to BD team requests and insistence on professional, clear and complete project deliverables
  • Prepare and assist in the project deliverables prepared by direct reports including, pipeline hydraulic analyses, process facility simulations, and project development documents (complete scope of work, responsibility matrices, project costs, project schedules and project economics)
  • Assist in preparation of Authorization for Expenditures (AFEs)
  • Lead and manage the CCS capital budget

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline required
  • 7+ years of experience in the midstream sector, including, gas plant & gathering systems, compressor and pump stations, and pipeline systems and facility design (ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, API 1104, DOT 192)
  • Must have project life cycle experience
  • Must be experienced in project management, project cost control, and basic economic evaluation
  • Experience with pipeline hydraulic simulation in Synergi or equivalent
  • Experience with process simulations in ProMax or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and provide sound judgment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
