Responsibilities:

  • Process, validate and initiate incoming investigation requests
  • Process incoming mail and hard copy fingerprint cards
  • Review completed investigations (SF-86, SF-85, SF-85P) to ensure compliance with ISP standards
  • Provide Customer Support Center (CSC) services to Applicants and Requestors using the call center identification numbers/agents
  • Release investigation requests to the ISP once all required documentation/requirements for the investigation request are complete

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Secret Clearance (Interim is acceptable)
  • Written and oral communications skills commensurate with position.
