Yamhill County has one full-time position for a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to work as part of a transdisciplinary Early Assessment and Support Alliance (EASA) team. The person in this position provides community-based behavioral health services for individuals ages 14-25 years old who are experiencing at risk symptoms of psychosis or first episode psychosis and their families as part of an early intervention program. The position affords a unique opportunity for a small caseload size (average 8-10) and a diverse array of job duties, including but not limited to, eligibility screening, mental health assessment and service planning, direct individual and group treatment services, and community outreach and education.
