Job Description

KIOXIA America is seeking a Manager, RevenuePlanning & Inventory Management.This crucial role will be responsible forthe management ofinventory aging and forecasting, consolidating weekly and monthly forecasts, optimizing revenue through detailed risk and opportunity assessments, and developing sophisticated revenue projection models to ensure our operations are running smoothly.Additionally, the Manager of Revenue Planning & Inventory Management will manage and own crucial processes such as rebate management, scrap request reviews, and inventory disposition planning. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to present confidently to Executives and all levels of the business.Thisis the perfect opportunity if you're passionate about numbers and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage and consolidate weekly and monthly forecasts and lead associated meetings, presentations, and management updates.
  • Manage revenue ranges linked to risk and opportunity actions to minimize downsides and drive positive results.
  • Own and ensure accurate pricing is incorporated into models to generate revenue forecasts based on the latest quotes and closed pricing.
  • Develop revenue projection models to estimate the impact of volume, mix, and pricing changes.
  • Drive a closed-loop process for rebate, ensuring correct accruals to finance and track payments and release of accruals.
  • Facilitate quarterly scrap request review and disposition process.
  • Lead the tracking and review of aging/excess inventory and disposition plans.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS - Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field.MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in inventorymanagement/revenue planning, supply chain field required,preferably in thesemiconductor industryor related industry.
  • Demonstratedsuccess in managing and motivating high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results preferred.
  • Demonstratedcapability with forecasting and revenue planning required.
  • Passionate about precision and dedicated to working with numbers. Highly motivated to contribute to their role and driven to achieve the company's success.
  • Strong presentation skills.Demonstratedability to confidently and credibly present to senior executives, ensuring clear communication and engagement.
  • Effective task management with proven capacity to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, maintaining focus and delivering results.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to develop and implement creative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Strong analytical abilities with verified proficiency in analyzing data and resolving issueswith accuracy and clarity.
  • Strong MS Office skills, including fluency with advanced Excel skillsrequired, experiencewith Oracle suite such as Demantra required.

The expected salary for this position is$135,878 - 224,203.
