ROLE SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Manufacturing Associate I located in Billerica, MA to join our Downstream Manufacturing team. This candidate will work with a team of individuals to prepare solutions, conjugate beads, reconstitute antigens and perform filling activities to support a diverse assay menu.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Responsible for prioritizing manufacturing schedule requirements within a fast-paced manufacturing operation with primary activities including but not limited to bottle/vial filling, buffer diluent formulation, reagent manufacturing
  • Adhere to written procedures and escalate issues if/when observed
  • Accurately record information and review of executed documentation
  • Perform maintenance and calibration of manufacturing measuring and monitoring devices
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain integrity of work areas by sanitizing workstations and restocking lab supplies
  • Use of ERP software for production transactions and inventory control
  • Adhere to current good manufacturing practices (cGMP)
  • Maintaining compliance with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) requirements
  • Perform other duties as required

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma
  • 0-2 years reagent manufacturing experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS in chemistry, biology, Life Sciences Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • SAFETY Inventory control and ERP experience
