ATI Materials is currently seeking a Senior Human Resource Business Partner located within the Greater Milwaukee Area. As a successful Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will lead HR initiatives within the Aerospace Engines Value Stream, focusing on fostering a harmonious and productive work environment. Leveraging your expertise, you will help support labor relations, talent management, talent acquisition, compensation, and engagement. Along with the support, you will help drive strategies to support organizational goals while leading a small team of HR business partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
  • Partner with third party staffing agency on attracting talent for your Aerospace Engines Value Stream.
  • Develop, communicate, and execute comprehensive strategies to manage labor relations within the Aerospace Engines Value Stream.
  • Oversee talent management efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and goals.
  • Implement and monitor metrics to track progress and drive accountability for achieving HR goals.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of HR business partners, providing guidance and support in their roles.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support HR initiatives and organizational objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in supporting labor relations within a manufacturing environment.
  • 10 + years' experience working in a manufacturing setting or similar environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
