POSITION

The Managed Accounts Onboarding and Reporting Analyst will work closely with our internal and external clients to provide daily support of the Managed Accounts business. The analyst will act as a liaison between various internal and external business partners resolving questions regarding the Managed Accounts product. They also provide AUM reporting and assist with RFP related information and inquiries. Technical and Professional skills are needed for this dynamic work environment, with opportunities to expand responsibilities and gain visibility throughout the firm. The Managed Accounts Onboarding and Reporting Analyst must be an operations contributor continuously striving for excellence, improving the client experience, gaining process efficiencies, and adding controls where needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reviewing updates and communications for account changes and terminations ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Monitoring and responding to e-mail inquiries from sponsors and internal business partners.
  • RFP assistance: providing answers to quarterly sponsor surveys, collaborating with various departments such as Legal, Risk, and the Portfolio Implementation team.
  • Monthly SMA including SMAs and model delivery assets.
  • Reporting for dual contract market values ensuring accurate and timely assessment of AUM
  • Generating comprehensive reports with a breakdown of assets to facilitate monthly accruals and sponsor billing for accounts receivable.
  • Gathering AUM information from all model delivery sponsors and SMA AUM numbers for comprehensive analysis.
  • Participate in ongoing reviews of end-to-end business processes to determine where we can simplify and create more efficiencies.
  • Establish familiarity with internal systems/procedures to understand how client requests are processed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Able to work independently and self-manage high volumes of data with tight deadlines and limited support.
  • Possesses strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong communication skills.

  • Advanced organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Works effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are critically important.
  • Takes initiatives on a variety of projects and utilizes problem solving to complete effectively and efficiently.
  • Experience onboarding new strategies with new and existing sponsors.
  • Workflow tool experience (Microsoft Power Automate)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to drive change toward continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office especially excel V-Lookup, Macros.
  • Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management.
  • Thoughtful and decisive style with ability to negotiate critical issue resolution.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get the job done.
