Job Description

Job Title: Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will act as a link between clients, the agency, and the partner agencies. You must understand your clients' needs and objectives and liaise closely with them. You will deal with a range of client and agency day-to-day functions, and will be responsible for the coordination of projects, ensuring clear communication with all involved. The Account Executive ensures all work is executed flawlessly, on time and on budget.

What Will You Do?

  • Support account team in progressing creative/assignment briefs, key projects, client presentations, internal team communications, partner agency communications and delivery
  • Manage account relationships with appropriate client and internal stakeholders, participating in regular status meetings and driving the progression of project deliverables
  • Partner with an integrated agency team and group of client partners to execute projects and initiatives
  • Build client relationships in terms of project deliverables and service level satisfaction
  • Take and distribute meeting notes and call recaps after all client meetings and follow through on next steps
  • Ensure agency internal project management software is organized and up to date based on Account Director and Project Manager requirements
  • Coordinate with the internal cross-functional team to deliver against client expectations defined in our project plans and briefs
  • Understand the client's business objectives and proactively manage client and agency team expectations
  • Proactively communicate project health and potential risks to internal team members and clients where appropriate
  • Manage Veeva submissions and opening job codes in partnership with project management and Reg Ops
  • Create and update all media form submissions accurately and in a timely manner
  • Create and update the weekly MLR review grid outlining the feedback of the regulatory team and the agency's responses

What Do You Need?

  • Must have the ability to learn and understand multiple disciplines required to effectively create and execute digital campaigns
  • Comfort partnering with clients and cross-functional agency teams on projects
  • Great listening skills and confidence with both oral and written communications
  • Pharmaceutical advertising and MLR (medical, legal, regulatory) review experience is a plus
  • Must possess attention to detail and the ability to organize key information and project next steps
  • A team-oriented mentality and comfort collaborating closely balanced with the ability to work independently and eagerness to take assignments readily
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Ability to juggle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • Be a problem solver who uses critical thinking to offer solutions
  • Ability to establish priorities and objectives and make realistic commitments
  • Ability to balance the needs of the client with the agency
  • Ability to pivot and change course of action when appropriate or necessary
  • Ability to handle pressure without sacrificing quality
  • Technologically proficient in web-based project management platforms and the MS Office Suite

We Are Seeking Someone With...

  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of agency experience
  • Pharmaceutical agency experience a plus
  • Digital experience a plus
