What We DoThe National Commercial Services division (NCS) is building one of the most modernized applications in the First American ecosystem and we're looking for an experienced, motivated, Senior Engineer who is eager to lead the way in frontend feature development.

We're a small, fast-moving team focused on delivering and maintaining this elegant, intuitive, and performant customer-facing product that will set us apart in the marketplace. You'll work collaboratively alongside designers, product management, quality specialists, and software engineers to shepherd this product into production and beyond!

What You'll Do

  • Write clean, performant and secure code supporting internal and externally facing applications
  • Collaborate with Product, Design and your Engineering team to craft feature solutions and clarify requirements
  • Define technical implementation and testing details for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes
  • Own the delivery of your work with attention to detail, timeliness, and quality
  • Engage daily with your cross-functional team to plan, estimate, and prioritize work
  • Lead integration initiatives both with Salesforce and a recently released internal-facing web application

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of professional frontend software development experience
  • Extensive experience working with TypeScript and React is required
  • Experience using Redux, Nx, Docker, and MUI is highly recommended
  • Strong hands-on experience using Git is required
  • Strong experience working with CI/CD pipelines is required
  • Experience building custom integration solutions with Salesforce is a strong plus
  • Experience working with modern backend technologies and API design/best practices is a strong plus
  • Strong experience with semantic HTML and familiarity with web accessibility best practices is required
  • Experience with various approaches to styling and translating Figma designs accurately to code (i.e. CSS to CSS-in-JS, CSS layouts, etc.) is required
  • Experience with modern UI/UX design principles is a strong plus
  • Previous experience collaborating on distributed teams is a strong plus
  • Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Have daily access to a strong and reliable internet connection
  • Align a reasonable portion of your day with agreed-upon business hours. This is a fully remote role.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $166,000 annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
