Job Description

As our Lead Customer-Facing Content Creator, you'll bring DDN's brand, products, and customer journey to life through compelling content across our channels - website, email, social media, events, and literature. Your roles include:

    Distilling complex ideas into engaging, customer-friendly narratives
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to gather insights and create consistent messaging
  • Integrating feedback rapidly to maintain high content velocity
  • Upholding DDN's brand voice and championing clarity for customers
  • Transforming technical details into easily understood, impactful stories

With strong storytelling abilities and a customer-centric mindset, you'll shape DDN's content strategy and ensure a seamless experience for our audiences.

Your Goals will be to:

  • Craft compelling narratives across DDN's exciting AI use cases
  • Captivate our customers, partners and resellers through dynamic and compelling web, email, and dynamic live engagements which resonates with our audience
  • Embody the essence of our brand and our products' value, translating our mission and product journey into a very enticing and relatable value proposition for our customers
  • Lead the charge in crafting strategic briefs and positioning our offerings, blending your investigative flair with sharp synthesis
  • Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team to weave a consistent, persuasive thread through every piece of communication
  • Master the art of feedback to propel a rapid and responsive content lifecycle
  • Be the vanguard of our brand's voice, ensuring it rings clear and true, enhancing the journey of every DDN customer

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in crafting marketing copy
  • Self-motivated - you take the initiative without waiting for a brief and thrive in complex situations
  • Independent and autonomous thinker, at ease with uncertainty and capable of managing various tasks simultaneously under strict time constraints in a dynamic, evolving setting
  • Insatiably curious and determined to delve deep beneath the surface
  • Prepared to acquire comprehensive knowledge on any topic essential to our customers and communicate it simply and powerfully
  • Great briefing abilities, exceptional communication skills (both written and oral), and a demonstrated history of highly productive teamwork
  • Proficient in breaking down intricate products and procedures into easily comprehensible, bite-sized pieces of information
  • Well-versed in collaborating with numerous subject matter experts and navigating diverse organizational viewpoints
  • Very good time management and organizational capabilities
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Tech and/or software is an advantage
