Description

1st Shift

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Rework parts as necessary to reduce scrap.
  • Operate a HiLo to help support repair activities.
  • Understand sourcing and PLEX to manage labels for all repair work.
  • Support the production team as needed when not actively working on repairs.
  • Maintain a safe working environment including the use of PPE and compliance with all safety rules and procedures.
  • Perform other essential functions as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma is preferred.
  • Welding experience is required.
  • Technical background and experience in manufacturing is preferred.
  • HiLo experience is required

SPECIAL SKILLS

  • Verbal and written communication

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Working with welding processes and all risks associated with welding. Example - heat, high temperatures, fumes, etc.
  • Normal factory environment. Will be subject to hazards such as loud noise from operating machines, physical hazards from operating or moving equipment, and breathing of fumes and dust.
