Job Summary:

The Technology Deployment Engineer is responsible for verifying and documenting the successful integration of Masimo Technology into OEM partner devices.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Execute formal V&V testing for assigned OEM devices;
• Collaborate with OEM Engineering and Deployment Test teams to improve and maintain documentation necessary to integrate new features or technologies into deployment test protocols and tools to ensure thorough testing;
• Assist with pre-V&V process execution, as assigned, for inbound OEM devices including working directly with OEM partners and OEM Business teams on timing and resolution of discrepancies;
• Author and release detailed test reports documenting the testing process and corresponding results;
• Answer OEM technical questions and assist with technical aspects of the integration discovered or needed during test;
• Participate in technical discussions, troubleshoot problems and proactively refine the testing and verification process as required;
• Assist with EQ product creation, testing and assembly as required;
• Assist with development kit and OEM device shipments as assigned;
• Develop, alone or in conjunction with engineers, solutions to technical/design issues discovered during testing.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must possess an ability to work at a technical level with engineers and customers.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal format.
• Experience in medical device industry, preferably in physiological monitoring.
• Excellent organization skills, ability to proactively troubleshoot both process and specific customer implementation issues.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field or equivalent work experience.

Compensation: The anticipated range for this position is $67,000 - $97,000. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience.

Physical requirements/Work Environment

This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Some local travel is necessary, so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver's license is required.
