Financial Analysis and Support

• Assist in the accurate and responsible computation of "EACs" (Estimate at Completion) for site programs, including reviewing contract values, basis of estimate, risks & opportunities, etc.
• Responsible for analysis and review of monthly results with site leadership. This includes labor and indirect expense analytics, headcount forecasting and other cyclical reporting
• Role will assist in the generating annual operations plan for current year and long range planning. This includes staffing planning, operating budgets, sales forecasts and others.
• Prepare monthly analysis vs. plan and forecast with summary reporting of variance drivers.
• Assist in the reporting and analysis of key metrics to site and AEC leadership including but not limited to; Utilization, Labor Efficiency, Direct Labor, Capital Expenditures, Scrap & Rework, Monthly Inventory, etc.
• Provide ad hoc assistance, analysis and reporting as required by management

Additional Position Requirements (education, certifications, experience, physical)

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in account, finance or business
• 0 - 5 years of financial analyst experience
• Advanced degree or additional years of experience preferred
• SAP and/or government contracting experience is a plus but is not required for success in this position
