This position is located in Newbern, AL The College of Architecture Design and Construction is actively seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Rural Studio Construction Coordinator I, II. In this role, you will offer project planning and management support to the faculty of Rural Studio. Minimum Qualifications |
Level I: Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline with no experience. Typical salaries are between $39,000 - $43,600 Full salary range $34,400 - $48,200 Level II : Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline plus 2 years experience in instructing, building design and construction principles and practices, woodworking tools, and safety protocols. Typical salaries are between $41,433 - $47,367 Full salary range $35,500 - $53,300 |

Minimum Skills and Abilities | Knowledge of International Building Code, Americans with Disabilities Act Design Guidelines, architectural design process and principles, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations. |
