BASIC PURPOSE:
The primary responsibility of the Senior Analyst, Financial Systems is to maintain, manage and support the Company's ERP, Oracle Cloud, as well as legacy financial systems, Microsoft Dynamics GP, PeopleSoft, and financial reporting systems; Blackline, Workiva, Calumo, Management Reporter, and PeopleSoft nVision. The Senior Analyst will also analyze, monitor, and maintain the ERP systems rules and tables, as well as other financial systems' tables necessary to ensure the integrity, completeness and accuracy of the data as well as the operation and optimization of the financial information systems, and will be able to collaborate with others in the development of technology solutions in support of accounting and finance, and support the financial systems with customer service, internal control, data governance and project management skills in mind.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Support Corporate Accounting with all financial processes including month-end closes, quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and analysis reporting utilizing Oracle Cloud, SmartView, Hyperion Reports development, and Oracle EPM including PBCS and FCCS.
* Maintain/Create calc Rules for PBCS and FCCS.
* Develop User Roles and maintain user security for PBCS and FCCS.
* Coordinate with IT and Enterprise Services to set and implement a future ERP strategy.
* Lead all phases of financial systems implementations to improve and rationalize the current ERP environment.
* Provide support for internal management reporting and optimize the delivery process.
* Provide recommendations to improve the timeliness of the monthly consolidation close process.
* Perform project management role by tracking project activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
* Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
* Maintain the chart of accounts in Oracle Cloud and EPM as well as legacy systems such as PeopleSoft nVision.
* Drive initiatives in collaboration with management, executives, and project managers on a variety of financial system projects centered around areas such as: accounting, financial reporting, treasury, payables, receivables, fixed assets, and others.
* Experience translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications for implementations, customizations, interfaces, and reports.
* Develop and maintain financial systems policies and procedures.
* Periodically, but not less than annually, review financial systems policies and procedures for any process changes resulting from new processes and additional functionality.
* Play a key role in data governance and consolidations of acquisitions.
* Ensure compliance with the Company's SOX program; remediating all control deficiencies within areas of responsibilities prior to each quarter-end.
* Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, required.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, auditing and/or financial reporting is required.
* 4+ years' experience with large Company ERP financial systems, recent experience Oracle Cloud as well as full Oracle EBS (Financials, EPM (FCCS, EPBCS, ARCs), Projects, Procurement, etc.) preferred.
* Expert knowledge of data mapping, report writing and data conversions.
* Knowledge of business processes, internal controls, and US GAAP is required.
* An understanding of financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, and reporting processes and its correlation to supporting ERP and reporting systems is required.
