Responsibilities
    The analyst will assemble all relevant stakeholders and develop a thorough understanding of the customer's requirements
  • The analyst will leverage detailed knowledge of ServiceNow to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • This resource will build trusting relationships with stakeholders and guide them refining their requirements
  • Will also conduct demonstrations to stakeholders and will work with knowledge management members to draft and publish knowledge documents prior to solution delivery
  • The analyst will work closely with developers to ensure solutions are technically feasible
  • Will lead test plan development and execution including user acceptance testing to ensure the implementation meets client's requirements
Qualifications
  • Demonstrate Requirements Analyst experience
  • Experience elaborating business requirements into detailed user stories in the ServiceNow Agile module or similar platform
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with the ServiceNow platform, with focus in the Service Catalog module
  • Experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Desired Skills (in order of importance)
  • Experience with client presentation development and demonstration
  • Experience producing professional documentation
  • Experience in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process including requirements analysis, system design, and user acceptance
  • Experience designing and implementing process workflows
  • Experience leading a diverse group in process re-engineering
  • Experience applying human centered design concepts
  • Experience in user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX) design
  • Customer Relationship Management experience

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, systems, business, or related scientific /technical discipline and 10 + years' work experience
  • Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education (18 years total)

Clearance:

  • The ability to pass a Tier 2/Modest Background Investigation

Location:

  • Remote, USA
  • Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST)

Pay Range:

  • The pay for this position ranges from $42,730 to $90,500
  • The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location
  • Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses
